Great care. Room v clean. Attitude and behavior was good. Made me feel at ease. Staff took care of every step. Operation - No pain. Saw the whole procedure by surgeon which he was relating and talking to me 99.9%. No pain. Big thank you Mr Rashad and staff.

Cancelling appointment(s) is just hard work! It took 20 mins and being transferred 4 times before I was able to cancel. I then received a text reminding me of appointment I cancelled. I request a new appointment for a week later - The appointment I received was for two days later.

The team (including the receptionist) are very friendly, warm, welcoming and professional. They are very informative and explain everything very clearly in lay man's terms.
The only thing I would change are the chairs the patient has to sit on not great for the back.
